Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price.
The remaining balance can be easily paid upon your arrival – either by bank transfer or in cash on site.

Cancellation Policy

Changes to your travel plans? No problem.
Up to 30 days before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
For last-minute cancellations (from two days before arrival) or early departures, the full booking amount will be charged.

Tip: A travel cancellation insurance can protect you from unforeseen costs.

Local Tax

A local tax of €2.50 per person per day is charged for guests aged 14 and older.

Kronplatz Guest Pass – Your Mobility Card

Upon arrival, you will receive the Kronplatz Guest Pass in digital form.
With this guest card, you can use the ski buses in the Puster Valley and the San Vigilio Dolomites region unlimitedly and free of charge. In addition, all public transportation throughout South Tyrol – including regional trains – is available at no cost.
