To ensure a pleasant stay for you and all other guests, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below:

1. Arrival and Departure:
   The apartment is ready for check-in from 2:00 PM.
   On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:00 AM at the latest.

2. Quiet Hours:

3. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please avoid making loud noises during this time.

4. Waste Separation:
   Please separate your waste properly. Various clearly labeled bins are provided. Kindly follow the instructions on where to dispose of each type of waste.

5. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
   Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care.
   Leave the apartment in a clean condition upon departure. The final cleaning is included in the price. However, we ask you to wash any used dishes and clean kitchen appliances you may have used.

6. Pets:
   As much as we love animals, pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartment.
   Our farm already has many animals, and we want to ensure that all two- and four-legged residents feel comfortable. Thank you for your understanding!

7. Smoking:
   Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
   If you wish to smoke, please do so outside or on the balcony and dispose of cigarette butts in the provided containers.

8. Responsibility for Keys:
   Please handle the apartment keys with care.
   In case of loss, a replacement fee will be charged.

9. Emergencies:
   In case of an emergency (e.g., water pipe break, power outage), you can reach us at: +39 340 823 6034.
   Please report any damage or malfunctions immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible.
