Directions to Oberbacherhof via Percha

Leave the A22 motorway at the Brixen exit and follow the state road SS12 towards Brixen. After a short drive, you will reach the first turnoff to Vahrn. Stay on the SS12 and pass through the village.

Continue past Mühlbach and keep following the SS12 towards Vintl. In Vintl, change to the SS49 towards Kiens. The route then continues through Kiens and St. Lorenzen to Percha.

In Percha, leave the main road at the Koriander Pizzeria and follow the signs towards Amaten. From there, the road continues to Tesselberg.

After passing through Tesselberg, you will reach Mühlbach again. Drive up to the church, then continue along the road until you reach the Mühlbach town sign. Directly at the town sign, turn sharply left onto a narrow road. Follow this road all the way to the last farm.

This is where the Oberbacherhof is located.
 

Directions to Oberbacherhof via Uttenheim

Leave the A22 motorway at the Brixen exit and follow the state road SS12 towards Brixen. After a short drive, you will reach the first turnoff to Vahrn. Stay on the SS12 and pass through the village.

Continue towards Mühlbach and keep following the SS12 towards Vintl. In Vintl, change to the SS49 towards Kiens. The route leads past Kiens to St. Lorenzen.

Leave St. Lorenzen on the SS49 heading east and continue to Bruneck. Pass through Bruneck and follow the signs towards St. Georgen. From there, the road continues through Gais to Uttenheim.

In Uttenheim, look for the large bridge at the village entrance: turn right there and follow the narrow road that leads directly to Mühlbach.

Once you reach the Mühlbach town sign, turn right onto a narrow descending road. Follow this road until you reach the last farm.

This is where the Oberbacherhof is located.
 

Directions to Oberbacherhof via Lienz in East Tyrol (A)

Cross the Austrian–Italian border and follow the state road (SS49–E66) for about 34 km. Drive through the village of Percha and turn right at the Koriander Pizzeria. Follow the signs towards Amaten.

From there, the road continues to Tesselberg.

After passing through Tesselberg, you will reach Mühlbach again. Drive up to the church, then continue along the road until you reach the Mühlbach town sign. Directly at the town sign, turn sharply left onto a narrow road. Follow this road all the way to the last farm.
 

Travel comfortably with the mountain bus

The mountain bus to Mühlbach runs three times a day and takes you directly to us in Mühlbach.
Simply take the regular bus connection to Uttenheim, from where the mountain bus continues.
